To ensure we’re living up to our customer service promise we regularly survey our clients after they have made an insurance claim. In each survey we ask “would you recommend Guild Insurance to a colleague?”.

Here are the results of our latest survey of those who have answered “yes” to this question.

April 2009

203 surveys were received from 652 sent to clients with finalised claims in April 2009.

Some key results were...

  • 97.8% of respondents indicated they would recommend Guild Insurance to a colleague.
  • 96.39% of respondents said that in general, their satisfaction with Guild Insurance's claims process met or exceeded their expectations.
  • 94.65% of respondents said that the degree to which they were kept informed of the progress of their claim met or exceeded their expectations.
December 2008

186 surveys were received from 710 sent to clients with finalised claims in December 2008.

Some key results were...

  • 100.00% of respondents indicated they would recommend Guild Insurance to a colleague.
  • 96.59% of respondents said that in general, their satisfaction with Guild Insurance's claims process met or exceeded their expectations.
  • 95.86% of respondents said that the degree to which they were kept informed of the progress of their claim met or exceeded their expectations.
August 2008

196 surveys were received from 624 sent to clients with finalised claims in August 2008.

Some key results were...

  • 97.1% of respondents indicated they would recommend Guild Insurance to a colleague.
  • 94.4% of respondents said that in general, their satisfaction with Guild Insurance's claims process met or exceeded their expectations.
  • 90.3% of respondents said that the degree to which they were kept informed of the progress of their claim met or exceeded their expectations.

227 surveys were received from 755 sent to clients with finalised claims in April 2008.

Some key results were...

  • 98.5% of respondents indicated they would recommend Guild Insurance to a colleague.
  • 96.2% of respondents said that in general, their satisfaction with Guild Insurance's claims process met or exceeded their expectations.
  • 89.5% of respondents said that the degree to which they were kept informed of the progress of their claim met or exceeded their expectations.
