As a result of Proxy Votes and subsequent votes received at the extraordinary general meeting held at 11am Tuesday 6 October 2009, the following resolution was passed. 

That Food and Beverage Australia Limited be appointed as responsible entity of GuildGrape Project No. 1 and Property Trust ARSN 103 890 848
